Hello,
I received my order today. There was a problem with one of my wax melts. My most favorite scent, and this is the one I ordered for my daughter for Christmas. It came broken. I was so bummed. The two others I ordered were fine and they all smell out of this world! You are my most favorite place to buy my melts, and I've purchased many times (also on etsy).
Is there any way I could send this back to you, and have it replaced with one that's intact? I have ordered this scent many times also with the flowers, and its never come to me looking like this.
Sorry to be one of "those customers", but since this is a gift for Christmas, I have to at least ask.
